Gmail Agent Privacy Notice

Gmail Agent is a private application used by Justin Gacina to let authorized software agents assist with his own Google accounts.

Information Accessed

When an account owner authorizes the application, it may access Gmail messages, message metadata, attachments, labels, and basic Gmail settings according to the permissions shown on Google's authorization screen.

How Information Is Used

Information is accessed only to perform tasks requested or authorized by the account owner, including searching and reading email, summarizing conversations, retrieving attachments, organizing messages, applying labels, and managing filters.

Relevant email content may be processed by the AI service providers configured by the account owner when necessary to complete an authorized task.

Storage and Sharing

OAuth credentials are stored on the account owner's controlled computer. Email information is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. Task outputs may be retained locally when needed for the account owner's records or ongoing workflows.

Security and Revocation

Access is limited to accounts explicitly authorized by their owner. Authorization can be revoked at any time through the Google Account connections page.
