Gump Global LLC uses this page to explain how to request deletion of personal information associated with gumpglobal.com, our advertising operations, and business integrations we administer.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of information you provided to Gump Global LLC, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include enough information for us to identify the relevant record.
Please include, when applicable:
- Your name.
- The email address or phone number associated with the request.
- The website, form, campaign, or business integration involved.
- A short description of the information you want deleted.
Meta App Data
If your request relates to a Meta app or Meta business integration operated by Gump Global LLC, include the phrase "Meta App Data" in your email. We use Meta developer tools and APIs to manage advertising assets that we own or administer, including ad accounts, Pages, campaigns, creatives, reports, and conversion measurement.
Gump Global does not operate a public consumer login app. If you remove a Gump Global app from your Meta account and request deletion through Meta's app settings, this page provides the instructions for contacting us.
Processing Time
We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable time. We may ask for additional information to verify the request or identify the relevant data. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes.
